Logging
in
If you are not able to log in, first make sure you do not
have an extra space before your username or password. Also
check that you have correctly spelled your username and password.
Finally, make sure that your security settings are set to
default. You can check this by going to Tools>Internet Options>click
on the "Security" tab and make sure that "default settings"
is in "gray."
Browser
settings
The "default level" security setting will allow
you to use all of the features necessary for the school. Click
on "Tools" in your web browser, select "Internet
Options" and click on the "Security" tab. Make
sure that the "default settings" button is gray.
If you access the school from work, please check with your
system administrator to make sure you have permission to adjust
the security settings in your browser.
